Nebulabio's NebuTools™ Extracellular Solution also known as Isotonic Extracellular Solution, is often used to wash cells in the cell culture process and to prepare fluorescent probes or dye working solutions for live cell stainings. This extracellular solution is better than  PBS, HBSS and other buffers in maintaining cell status, especially within 1-2 hours.

NebuTools™ Extracellular Solution  has minimal stimulation to cells when infiltrating the cells for a long time, and thus can replace PBS or HBSS in cell washing. It can also be used as a buffer to effectively maintain cell activity in vitro, and replace the culture medium as a diluent for fluorescent probes or drugs in a short period of time. Especially in live cell staining experiments, it is effective in washing cells without significant effect on the cell status, and is an ideal choice for live cell experiments where serum or phenol red interferes.
